  • Shipping and handling charges for Jabodetabek are covered by Rifyo unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of order. We will make every effort to ship your products in a timely manner and keep you updated through the process. 
  • Shipping and handling charges outside of Jabodetabek area will be calculated during checkout process. 
  • We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. 
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If a package is returned, we will notify you promptly. Customers will be fully responsible for returned shipping charges and to re-ship the order to the correct address.
