New York-based artist Ethan Cook creates large-scale color blocked canvases that look like paintings but are made with fabric instead of paint. In a special collaboration with HAY, his artworks have been translated into floor coverings.

  • Use a steamer to remove any wrinkles in the fabric.
  • Immediately blot spilled liquids with an absorbent cloth.
  • Wash bedding regularly and pay attention to the washing instructions.
  • Avoid using concentrated cleaning agents, bleach, ammonia, optical brighteners, or soap intended for hard surfaces.
  • For wool fabrics, use lukewarm water and a soft cloth to remove stains, avoid vigorous rubbing.
  • For velour fabrics, use a slightly damp cloth in the direction of the nap to restore colour, avoid excessive water use.
